A career as a National Bank Financial Planner in Training means you'll be a financial planning expert who advises clients and drafts financial plans to meet their life goals. This position allows you to take on an advisory role and develop your business relationships and leadership skills while having a positive impact. Your job Identify clients’ investment and financing needs in order to draft a personalized financial plan Advise clients based on their needs and market trends to offer customized solutions Create business development opportunities to increase the number of clients and the volume of existing portfolios Make sure that service and operational quality standards are applied, and compliance and risk management rules are followed Being mobile in the greater Quebec City area Your team You report to the Associate Vice-President, Investment, and a Financial Planner Director supports you in your new mandate and acts as a coach on a daily basis. Your training Your training varies between 3 and 6 months depending on your experience and will be more theoretical in the first weeks and practical in the following weeks. It is based on learning in action You will collaborate with passionate colleagues of different expertise, experiences and diverse profiles that enrich your development from all points of view of the Financial Planner profession. A branch and a client portfolio will be assigned to you after the successful completion of your mandate, when a position is available in the Quebec City area. Prerequisites : Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized by the IQPF Diploma from the Institut Québécois de Planification Financière (IQPF) or be on track to obtain it within 12 months.
