You’ll be the face of our design team—collaborating with clients, mentoring junior staff, and driving projects from concept to completion. What you’ll do Lead multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects – greenfield, infill and beyond Serve as the primary client contact for design items, building and maintaining strong relationships Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines Guide the approvals process with municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships Support business development, proposals, and strategic growth Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers Advance your career in a self-motivated and driven work setting Hybrid work flexibility with Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario What you’ll bring 8+ years in land development engineering P.Eng. designation in Ontario Proven experience managing clients and multidisciplinary teams Deep understanding of Ontario’s land development approvals process Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Project management skills are an asset Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D Valid Ontario driver’s license preferred About Us WSP is one of the world's leading professional services firms.
