Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives tied to strategic corporate objectives and high-impact deliverables. Structure and guide delivery teams , ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and focus on high-value outcomes. Manage external service agreements and oversee multiple large-scale or cross-functional teams. Adapt to diverse delivery models (Agile, Lean-Agile, hybrid, traditional) with ease. Plan and facilitate governance events – including planning sessions, follow-ups, and retrospectives – engaging multiple levels of management, business units, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with IT Portfolio standards and champion best practices across teams. Proactively manage risks and issues , implementing mitigation strategies to secure delivery timelines and objectives. Deliver transparent, consolidated reporting on assumptions, value delivered, deadlines, costs, quality, risks, and progress. Forecast resources and costs , including change management contributions when required. Collaborate closely with internal partners, managers, scrum masters, performance analysts, and portfolio leads. Demonstrate strong leadership , rallying large or multi-team groups around shared goals. Participate in on-call rotations with compensation per policy. Required Profile 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills . Proven leadership and political acumen . Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a solution‑oriented mindset. Proficiency in planning and tracking tools .
