Sotera Health is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in radiation compliance. As a Senior EH&S Specialist, you will administer radiation safety programs, provide training, and conduct assessments. Your expertise will guide management on radiation practices and ensure regulatory compliance, making a significant impact on safety across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer personnel and environmental dosimetry programs
• Conduct radiation safety trainings for staff
• Assess impacts and provide guidance on safety practices
• Update radiation safety documentation regularly
• Prepare regulatory submissions for CNSC
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or science discipline
• 3+ years' experience as a Radiation Safety Officer
• Strong knowledge of radiation protection principles
• Proficient in radiation detection equipment use
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
