Base pay range CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$200,000.00/yr հայտ Director of Senior Business Analyst – Trading Order Management Systems (OMS) Our client is an international buy-side financial services firm parliamentary, Ilagan mus with a strong presence across public markets. They are seeking a #Senior Business Analyst to join the Investment Data Management function in a business-facing role, working extremely closely with internal technology partners. This position focuses on trading order management systems (OMS) that support the full lifecycle of a trade — from initial order creation and pre-trade compliance through execution and post-trade settlement . The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of the business and technology teams, ensuring investment and trading requirements are clearly defined, understood, and delivered. What You’ll Be Doing Partner very closely with technology teams , as well as trading, investment, operations, and data stakeholders Act as a primary business liaison for OMS-related initiatives and enhancements Elicit, document, and validate detailed business requirements and functional specifications Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and change initiatives impacting trading and investment data Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology delivery teams Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets Strong hands-on exposure to trading or investment systems , particularly Order Management Systems (OMS) or similar platforms Solid understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across asset classes (equities, fixed income, interest rates, derivatives, etc.) .blogareer Experience gained within a major bank or investment management firm Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior business and technology partners A collaborative, detail-oriented approach with strong business judgement Why This Role Opportunity to work with a high-quality international buy-side financial services platform Long-term contract offering stability and meaningful project ownership Business-side role with significant interaction with technology teams Downtown Toronto location within a professional, high-performing environment If you are a senior Business Analyst with capital markets experience who enjoys partnering closely with technology while remaining embedded in the business, this role offers strong long-term exposure and impact.
