Skills/Requirements: Previous experience guiding waterfowl• Must be able to call ducks & geese• Must be physically fit and be able to work long hours• Experience with bird retrieving dogs an asset• Must be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)• Must be self motivated• Must have a good attitude and relate well to clients• Must participate in setting up and breaking down spreads• Must be able to read RM maps• Must have a clean driver’s record• Resume required• References required is requested
