You’ll be a key force driving our expansion in two vital areas: building partnerships with restaurants for oil recycling and introducing Oil-ternative® products to construction and infrastructure clients. As the face of Ergo’s innovative solutions, you’ll help shape a cleaner future and establish a thriving bio-manufacturing sector right here on Vancouver Island. Key Responsibilities Grow and maintain a network of restaurant partners for our waste cooking oil recycling service Sell Oil-ternative® products for construction, infrastructure, agricultural, and other applications throughout Vancouver Island, BC and beyond Help coordinate marketing to share customer insights and support targeted campaigns Track sales activity in our CRM and report progress toward goals Contribute ideas and energy to help shape Ergo’s sales strategy and future growth Play a key role in guiding the company’s overall direction and success Ideal Candidate Profile Positive, driven, and eager to grow professionally Proven sales experience—ideally in B2B, construction, and/or hospitality sectors Naturally outgoing with strong relationship-building skills Self-starter with high energy and a passion for innovation Open to commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential Interested in future leadership roles and potential ownership opportunities Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and learning new technologies Willing to travel across Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, and beyond to meet clients and drive sales What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions—your success drives your earnings Health and wellness benefits to support your well-being Opportunities for career advancement in a growing company Potential ownership stake for high-performing team members A chance to build a meaningful career while making a positive impact Ready to Lead the Change?
