What You will Do:


• Champion a strong EHS culture throughout the organization.


• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EHS team.


• Align EHS strategies with business objectives to drive operational excellence.


• Oversee the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and systems.


• Ensure compliance with Provincial/Federal Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and environmental regulations.


• Maintain and oversee COR and ISO certifications, ensuring regulatory adherence.


• Conduct audits, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.


• Develop business continuity plans addressing potential risks and disruptions.


• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and drive preventive actions.


• Partner with business leaders to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.

What you bring to the table:


• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


• 7+ years of EHS leadership experience, preferably in construction, environmental, or contracting services.


• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and sustainability initiatives.


• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation or equivalent preferred.


• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
