Industrial Millwright (433A) , FOOD INDUSTRY - ETOBICOKE 8 hours shifts / 40 hours week (Sunday to Thursday 11pm - 7am) Compensation & Benefits $42-44/hour + applicable premiums Health & dental benefits Pension plan with employer matching Performance bonuses Employee discount program (retail, fitness, restaurants, and more) Long-term career growth with a stable employer What You'll Be Doing As a Millwright 433A, you will: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs Diagnose mechanical issues related to power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve uptime Install, align, and adjust machinery and components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Equipment You'll Work On Industrial bakery and food-processing equipment Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Basic electrical troubleshooting related to equipment (not electrical trade work) What We're Looking For Required: Valid Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license is a must 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience is a must Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (CMMS / work orders) Preferred: Food or beverage manufacturing experience Exposure to continuous improvement or reliability programs
