We are currently hiring a Bilingual Workers Compensation Consultant to join our team in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or remote working arrangements. This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis. Responsibilities (French) Gérer de manière complète les dossiers d’indemnisation des travailleurs dans plusieurs provinces. Collaborer avec les employés blessés, les employeurs et les gestionnaires de dossiers afin de développer des programmes de retour au travail et de travail modifié sûrs et efficaces. Suivre l’évolution des dossiers et maintenir une documentation détaillée pour garantir une résolution en temps opportun. Fournir des conseils stratégiques aux employeurs sur les stratégies de réduction des primes et le contrôle des coûts des réclamations. Établir de solides relations avec les comités d’indemnisation des travailleurs, les prestataires médicaux et les partenaires internes afin de favoriser des résultats justes et efficaces. Responsibilities (English) Manage end-to-end workers’ compensation claims across multiple provinces. File new claims within required provincial deadlines and maintain compliance with applicable legislation. Review and assess entitlement decisions; challenge or appeal determinations when appropriate to protect employer interests. Collaborate with injured employees, employers, and case managers to develop safe and effective return-to-work and modified duty programs. Monitor case progress and maintain detailed documentation to ensure timely resolution. Provide strategic advice to employers on premium reduction strategies and claims cost control. Build strong relationships with workers’ compensation boards, medical providers, and internal partners to facilitate fair and efficient outcomes. Qualifications (French) Diplôme postsecondaire en assurance, ressources humaines ou santé et sécurité au travail (ou expérience équivalente). Plus de 2 ans d’expérience dans la gestion ou l’adjudication de réclamations d’indemnisation des travailleurs (une expérience multi-provinciale est préférable). Solide connaissance des processus et de la législation de la WSIB, de la WCB et de la CNESST. Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et analyse. Capacité démontrée à gérer les délais et à prioriser dans un environnement rapide et exigeant. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des systèmes de gestion des réclamations. Qualifications (English) Post-secondary education in Insurance, Human Resources, or Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience managing or adjudicating workers’ compensation claims (multi-province experience preferred). Strong knowledge of WSIB, WCB, and CNESST processes and legislation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems.
