This Post Office Clerk role focuses on maintaining excellent customer service at the retail postal outlet. You welcome customers, process product data, handle transaction records, and keep designated areas properly merchandised. You also follow loss prevention standards, control inventory, comply with health and safety regulations, and maintain the store’s public image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and display a warm demeanor
- Accurately scan or enter product data
- Ask for each customer’s PC Optimum Card
- Maintain facing, signing, and labeling standards
- Follow loss prevention and store procedures
