This full-time, remote role is perfect for a high-energy, enthusiastic professional who can thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will bring a strong backbone, along with the mindset of a strategic partner who drives results and acts in the best interest of the team. Reporting to the CFO, and offering fantastic growth potential, this role will support senior leadership while taking ownership of key financial and operational initiatives. This position requires you to: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management and the parent company Lead forecasting cycles and variance analysis providing insights and recommendations to department heads Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and variances, and propose data driven solutions for involved forecasting and results Partner with executives and sales to enhance cost tracking, performance, metrics, and pipeline analysis Refine the Financial Planning & Analysis process, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and efficient management presentations Support the CEO and CFO with special projects and financial analysis as required This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal financial leadership role and truly make it your own.
