Strategy & Partnership, Assistant Manager/ Manager Strategy & Partnership (Assistant Manager/ Manager) The Strategy & Partnership Assistant Manager/Manager will support organisation‑wide strategic initiatives with a focus on partnership development, innovation exploration, and project management. The role requires strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to translate care needs into actionable partnerships and proposals. This position is key in driving collaborative projects across SLEC including Primary Care Network (PCN) engagements, technology implementation opportunities, and health & social care service development. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on Primary Care Network (PCN) partnerships. Maintain and evaluate innovation/AI partnerships (e.g., TW/US partners). Translate care and service needs into criteria for external solution sourcing. Conduct innovation scanning and explore new care models, technologies, and solutions. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, including concurrent RFP submissions. Produce high-quality proposals, reports, and strategic documents. Engage and align stakeholders across departments to clarify needs and land decisions. Facilitate discussions and manage dynamics with heads of departments. Conduct research, analysis, and synthesis to support strategy development. Support pilot planning, feasibility assessments, and value proposition development. Key Requirements Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders. Excellent writing, communication, and structured thinking abilities. Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to qualify and evaluate external solutions. Experience or familiarity with healthcare, social care, or rehabilitation services. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to navigate push/pull dynamics and ambiguity.
