As a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for stocking and processing merchandise while assisting customers with their shopping needs. This role emphasizes customer excellence, ensuring a clean and organized salesfloor through effective product handling and display practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selections
• Promote products/services and resolve customer queries
• Maintain salesfloor by stocking and rotating merchandise
• Process claims/returns and ensure merchandise security
• Downstock merchandise and manage product displays
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of retail operations
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness
