The Salvation Army is seeking a Store Associate dedicated to supporting community needs in Moncton, NB. You will excel in customer service, merchandise handling, and assist in retail operations at the thrift store. This full-time position involves engaging with donors, ensuring store safety, and adhering to health regulations while efficiently processing and pricing donations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers and donors courteously
• Handle cash transactions accurately with minimal errors
• Sort, price, and organize incoming donations
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Monitor store security and assist with layouts
Requirements:
• Completion of some high school coursework
• Experience in customer service or merchandise processing
• Cash handling and register operation experience
• Attention to detail and communication skills
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds
