The team partner with product and engineering leaders to successfully plan and execute strategic programs, focusing on B2B solutions. What You’ll Be Doing Orchestrate the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex programs focused on closing competitive gaps and enabling superior user experiences Guide cross-functional teams to rapidly release innovative features while maintaining operational excellence and world-class security Coordinate planning, prioritization, and technical decision-making processes. Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies in collaboration with DEO peers. Build and maintain strong relationships across engineering, product, and other stakeholders to ensure that programs advance business objectives What You’ll Bring To The Role Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field 6+ years of technical program management experience with significant focus on B2B SaaS solutions Verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and to lead using influence Excellence in identifying and managing risks across multiple technical projects simultaneously Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams Skill in translating technical requirements to practical implementation strategies And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following Demonstrated experience in driving platform feature development focused on extensibility and deep customization (e.g., configurable APIs, extensible UI) specifically for a B2B SaaS developer audience. Proven ability to manage programs that deliver enterprise-grade requirements such as advanced auditing, regulatory compliance readiness, and features supporting complex B2B environments (e.g., Universal Logout, SCIM). Deep technical knowledge and delivery experience with core identity standards (e.g., OpenID Connect, SAML) and accelerating their adoption to simplify B2B integration workflows.
