Position Overview - Assistant Operations Manager (Trucking Division) We are seeking a client-focused to work closely with the NXP dispatch team, brokers and shippers for daily trucking operations. This role is responsible for overseeing dispatch activities, supporting and guiding dispatch staff, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all operational levels. The Assistant Operations Manager serves as a key link between clients, dispatch, drivers, and management, ensuring high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, and on-time performance are consistently met. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or operations Strong understanding of scheduling, dispatch, and daily operations Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Dental care Extended health care On-site parking Paid time off Vision care Experience: Transportation management: 2 years (preferred)
