About the role: Payroll Manager As the Payroll Manager, you will plan payroll activities , allocate resources according to operational priorities, and supervise and develop your team to meet organizational goals. You’ll review and approve payroll data, ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, and handle year-end processing including tax slips and audit preparation. You will also identify and resolve payroll-related issues , collaborate on management reporting, and contribute to strategic departmental initiatives that evolve our payroll information systems.
