Private Equity Specialist | $130/hr Remote Position: Private Equity Specialist (Hourly Contract) - $130/hour (potential increases for top performers) Location: Remote Duration: Minimum four‑week engagement, with potential for significant extension or rotation to future projects Commitment: 10‑40 hours/week, fully asynchronous and flexible scheduling Base pay range $130.00/hr - $130.00/hr Role Responsibilities Apply private equity expertise to tasks involving financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment research, CIM creation, due diligence processes, NDA/legal document processing, and deal sourcing Evaluate and provide feedback on AI‑generated documentation relating to private equity workflows and transactions Assist research teams in developing and calibrating AI models for advanced financial analysis and investment automation Collaborate asynchronously with research and product teams to improve system accuracy and operational rigor Qualifications Strong experience working in private equity at a top firm, with expertise in at least one of the following: investment or analysis summaries and memos, NDA/legal document processing Ability to work independently and manage flexible, asynchronous work schedules Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported) Application Process (15 min) Upload resume Participate in AI interview (10 min) Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Finance and Analyst #J-18808-Ljbffr
