As a Dishwasher on The Josie’s Kitchen Team, you will clean, transport, and store china, glassware, cooking equipment, utensils, and silverware. The work supports kitchen cleanliness and smooth daily operations at a luxury ski-in/ski-out resort. Attention to detail, efficiency, reliability, and pride in organized work are important for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain sanitation across dish rooms, kitchen aisles, and back-of-house areas
- Monitor dishwasher temperatures and chemicals
- Set up, operate, and clean the dish machine
- Wash, sort, store, and return sanitized kitchen items
- Clean trash cans, dock areas, floors, and baseboards
Requirements:
- Passion for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Detail-oriented approach to dishwashing and sanitation procedures
- Efficient and reliable support for kitchen operations
- Ability to use the deep hand-washing system
- Readiness for seasonal part-time hospitality work
