Brookline Collaborative Care Clinic offers: Low, All-Inclusive Overhead: Transparent monthly rate covering admin support, utilities, EMR, supplies, and patient interaction tools (MedAccess/Ocean/Pomelo). Flexible Scheduling: Options for traditional hours, after-hours clinics, and walk-ins. Exceptional Clinical Support: LPNs and admin staff handle vitals, immunizations, and patient flow. Modern Facilities: 7 fully equipped exam rooms, AI-powered tools, optimized billing support, and collaborative spaces. Prime Location: Situated in West Bedford’s Larry Uteck area, a growing community with high patient demand. Compensation Structure: Transparent flat overhead (no hidden costs or percentage-based fees). Physicians keep 100% of billings after overhead deduction, plus billing for nursing procedures. Optimized billing support with proven revenue maximization. Flexibility to choose LFM or FFS models. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures; Advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention Consultation and referral to other medical practitioners Act as a patient’s advocate Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements Job Description Position: Family Physician or Specialist (Full-time or Part-time)Start Date: February–May 2026 (depending on construction and physician arrival plans) Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) is committed to being a workforce that is free of discrimination, values diversity and is representative, at all job levels, of the people we serve.
