Splitsville Entertainment operates family entertainment centres combining ten-pin bowling, casual dining, arcades, and laser tag. As a Bar Team Member, you will serve guests, prepare food, maintain the bar, and assist with bowling experiences. Success requires communication, multitasking, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service consistently
- Prepare drinks, food, and recipes to specifications
- Assist guests with setting up bowling experiences
- Maintain stocked, clean, and tidy work areas
- Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries
Requirements:
- Passion for guest service
- Love of bowling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask calmly under pressure
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays
