Responsibilities


You will participate in all phases of our projects by being responsible for the production and writing of technical documents for projects of various types and sizes. Multi-residential, urban, hotels, spas, institutional, industrial...there is something for everyone


  • Perform surveys
  • Design, prepare and review construction drawings and specifications
  • Solve technical problems
  • Research documentation related to existing buildings (plans, reports, etc.)
  • Ensure that projects adhere to the contract documents and the building and safety codes
  • Coordinate the work of different disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural)

  • College diploma in architecture technology
  • Various levels of experience in architectural technology (0-5 years = junior, 5-10 = intermediate, 10-15 = senior)
  • Good knowledge and use of Revit is required.
  • Written and spoken English and French proficiency.
  • Autonomy, problem resolving skills, rigor, organisational skills, interpersonal abilities.
