About the Role Our users rely on us to develop a presentation layer that helps them quickly make sense of what they see as they locate, reuse, and rewrite content for their investors. This is not only an LLM challenge, it’s a UI/UX one, and our interface is a major part of how we earn adoption. As a Product Engineer, you’ll work side by side with the CTO to deliver 10x improvements on the frontend that allow our users to adopt as much automation as possible. In this role, you will: Lead the development of our frontend that brings bleeding-edge LLM innovations to users in a simple, understandable, and intuitive user interface. Work with the founding team to identify novel interfaces based off of user discovery and interactions. Own the user experience for a sticky enterprise product (multiple users from every client firm of ours log in weekly). Propose frontend architecture patterns that help us scale how quickly we can release new features. Join a team of world-class engineers who will bring you thought partnership and as much growth as you want in your role. Conduct customer discovery calls alongside the CTO. Design your role to be front-end only or full-stack depending on where your interest lies, as well as which responsibilities you want to own. You are: Passionate about what you do, not strictly the most experienced (at least intermediate). Self-guided in your exploration (with side projects you can brag about). A team player (your efforts are greater as part of something bigger). Eager to learn and grow (you’re committed to 10x’ing your skills). Looking for a team that gives you more than your typical job (we empower each other). Stack React/Typescript Python/FastAPI Postgres LLMs (off the shelf and fine-tuned) This role is exclusively based in our downtown Montreal office.
