As a Starbucks Barista, you will craft beverages and food products while creating the Starbucks Experience for customers. You will connect with customers, collaborate with store partners, and learn beverage recipes. The work includes cash handling, store safety, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages and food products using standard recipes
- Customize orders by changing temperatures, ingredients, or quantities
- Provide clear, pleasant communication and customer service
- Handle cash and follow store safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout shifts
Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work calmly in an energetic environment
