Provide strategic input to leadership on product performance, dealer benchmarks, and customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a team of Industry Representatives — driving performance and professional growth. What skills you will have: Customer Focus : Extensive experience collaborating with Dealers and end users of machines and/or engines. Skilled in identifying customer priorities and integrating them into business decisions to deliver customized, value-driven solutions.
