Employer Industry: Research and Advisory Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary range of 155,200 CAD - 174,600 CAD, with potential for annual bonuses based on performance Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading global organization Flexible hybrid work environment, allowing for virtual work and in-person collaboration Engaging and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and teamwork Access to market-leading benefits, including generous paid time off and a charity match program Chance to work with industry thought leaders and make a significant impact on client success What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Create innovative and compelling insights content that addresses client needs Develop strategic recommendations and actionable approaches to drive client success Conduct in-depth analysis to identify client barriers and propose solutions Engage with clients through virtual and face‑to‑face interactions to provide tailored advice Mentor and support junior team members while fostering collaboration within the Insights community What is Required (Qualifications) 12+ years of experience in an architect-level role focused on cloud, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE Previous hands‑on experience in a modern cloud operations role Credible technical expertise with the ability to connect technology to business goals Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write long‑form content and deliver presentations Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize information and detect patterns effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in a technical lead role within a cloud managed service provider (MSP) Familiarity with Kubernetes operations and DevOps platforms Background in collaborating with security professionals for DevSecOps Experience working as part of a digital transformation team within an enterprise Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and business executives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
