About The Role Core Focus Area: Content and AI project buildout Wage range: $35–$60/hour We’re currently hiring for an active vacancy for an AI-Enabled Content Partner to support Bevel’s day-to-day content creation while also helping build scalable, AI-supported content systems for the future. This role is a close partnership with, and reports directly to, the Head of People Operations & Brand Strategy . You’ll work side-by-side to turn ideas into high-quality content, experiment with AI-powered workflows, and help create a repeatable content engine that supports Bevel’s growth. This is a part-time contractor role (5–10 hours per week) designed for someone who enjoys blending creativity with structure and building systems that create long-term leverage. AI responsibilities in this role are specifically focused on content creation, repurposing, and content systems , not general AI enablement across the organization. Core Focus Areas Content Creation & Repurposing Create and support short-form and long-form content (primarily LinkedIn) Repurpose content from podcasts, webinars, internal initiatives, and long-form posts Support light visual content using tools like Canva Maintain consistency with Bevel’s brand voice, tone, and values AI-Enabled Content Systems Design and build AI-supported workflows for content ideation and drafting Create and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and reusable content structures Experiment with AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency Help reduce manual effort while preserving quality and human voice Content Operations & Documentation Organize content workflows, processes, and assets Document prompts, systems, and learnings for future reuse Support the evolution of Bevel’s internal content engine Collaboration & Partnership Partner closely with and report directly to the Hub Lead Translate strategic direction into executable content Proactively bring ideas, improvements, and experiments forward Share regular updates on progress and insights What We’re Looking For 3-5+ years creating professional, B2B content (consulting, SaaS, or services environments preferred) Hands-on experience using AI tools to support content creation and repurposing Experience managing multiple content types and priorities in a lightweight, flexible environment Familiarity with LinkedIn as a primary content channel, with secondary channels being Facebook, Instagram, and X Mindset & Skills Strong written communication and tone awareness Systems thinker who enjoys building repeatable processes Comfortable experimenting with new tools and workflows Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimal oversight Thoughtful about responsible, human-centered AI use Nice To Have Experience building prompt libraries or internal AI workflows Canva or light design experience Experience in consulting, fractional teams, or professional services Interest in content strategy, brand systems, or AI enablement within a specific domain Availability Part-time (estimated 5–10 hours/week to start) Fully remote ⏰ Async-friendly with reasonable overlap in Eastern Time (EST) Why Join Bevel?
