Our Associate Talent Program (ATP) is an early‑career pathway for graduates and emerging professionals who want to develop consulting capabilities while applying technical expertise in real client environments. Designed for individuals graduating between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026, or with up to 1 year of professional experience, the program combines structured learning with hands‑on delivery. You’ll begin with a two‑week immersive training program covering consulting foundations, technical skills, analytical thinking, and client engagement. Following training, you’ll join project teams across Banking, Capital Markets, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Insurance, or Wealth & Investment Management—working alongside experienced consultants on meaningful transformation initiatives.
