What You'll Be Doing The Group Product Manager, Acquisition and Channel Partnership is a strategic role responsible for driving the growth, positioning, and delivery of creditor insurance solutions. This individual will design and implement advice strategies, develop compensation and incentive programs, foster strong channel partnerships, and manage communication and reporting to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a proven track record in product management, relationship building, and cross‑functional execution. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for your success. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your activities within a hybrid arrangement: 1-3 days per week on‑site and the remaining days remote. How You'll Succeed Product management – Strong knowledge and experience in product management, strategic planning, and project management, sufficient to identify, develop, and implement approved initiatives (preferably in financial services). Analytical – Understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and develop recommendations with minimal direction to address urgent business priorities. Leadership – Well‑developed management and leadership skills to achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to bring about change at a senior level. Relationship management – Meet business objectives by managing relationships and working effectively with internal and external partners including Marketing and other lines of business, partners, and vendors. Who You Are 5+ years of experience in business planning, business model development, and pricing best practices. In‑depth knowledge of the relevant line‑of‑business product names and strategic planning skills to coordinate complex assignments and projects that may be ambiguous. Influence drives results.
