Deliver friendly customer service and maintain clean workout spaces as a Fit4Less Host supporting members, guests, and prospective members.
Fit4Less Hosts complete cleanliness, inspection, and minor maintenance tasks according to established standards. You will welcome visitors, explain memberships, amenities, automation, and processes, and support consistent service. The position also includes reporting deficiencies, addressing incidents, and assisting membership management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy workout areas according to inspection guidelines
- Welcome members and guests warmly throughout the club
- Explain memberships, amenities, automation, and club processes
- Promote Black Card amenities and memberships
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A, AED Certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Support Fit4Less members through clean facilities, welcoming service, membership assistance, and clear communication every day.
