Manager, Strategy & Transformation Location: Remote Unit: BMO InvestorLine/Wealth Digital Investing - Virtual Connect Overview: The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs that drive business optimization and deliver measurable impact. Acting as an internal consultant, this role partners with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, develop business cases, and execute high‑priority projects aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to assess business challenges and recommend actionable solutions. Develop robust business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment. Design and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Drive end‑to‑end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets. Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new processes and systems. Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple teams. Competencies Consulting mindset with strong business acumen Results‑driven and execution‑focused Collaborative and adaptable in complex environments Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation Qualifications Experience: 7+ years in strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles Contact Center experience considered an asset Proven track record in business optimization and initiative execution Strong experience in building and presenting business cases Skills: Strategic thinking and analytical problem‑solving Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Familiarity with change management methodologies Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
