Company Description Brandt is the Canadian John Deere Construction and Forestry dealer with over 56 locations serving our clients. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Branch Manager for our Brossard, QC location. This is an on-site role that involves managing branch operations, overseeing sales activities, and supporting the professional development of the sales team. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, fostering relationships with customers, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also includes the overall management of branch resources to align with organizational goals, and driving the growth of the branch through effective leadership and operational excellence. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in business development and account management. Leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities to support team success and professional growth. Strategic planning and organizational skills with a focus on achieving sales and operational goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer relationships and team interactions. Experience in the heavy equipment, construction, or related industry is a strong asset. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and ensure efficient operations. Availability for an on-site role and willingness to work in Brossard, QC.
