Assistant Store Manager (Team Lead) - Woodstock Join to apply for the Assistant Store Manager (Team Lead) - Woodstock role at Cannabis NB . What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Team Lead that will be a key player in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations to achieve operational objectives. The Team Lead will coach, lead, and inspire the team to meet goals and uphold our brand mission, vision, values and pillars of Cannabis NB. Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals. Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results. Ensure adherence to loss prevention policies to support achieving store shrink goals. Report, document, investigate, and address near misses, customer injuries, or workplace accidents in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and provincial or federal laws. Ensure in-store responsibility processes and practices are adhered to and evaluated to ensure effectiveness. Conduct quarterly and new hire performance reviews. Address behavioral issues in a timely manner. Develop, maintain, and motivate a high diverse, high-performance retail team through consistent selection, development, and motivation. Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proven ability to drive results and lead a team. 3+ years of retail/customer service experience in a leadership role. Proven ability to develop team members into other roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak both French and English is an asset.
