Company & Position details Organization: Mercor Position: Chief Executives (Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $100–$300/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided) Design and develop questions and tasks based on your professional experience as a Chief Executive. Apply leadership, strategy, and management insights to create high-quality evaluation materials. Provide structured feedback and domain expertise to improve AI reasoning and understanding of executive-level decision-making. Collaborate asynchronously with project teams to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables. Requirements Strong experience working full-time as a Chief Executive in the Professional, Scientific, or Technical Services sector. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported). Strong written communication skills and ability to distill complex decision-making processes clearly.
