As a Sales Associate, you'll engage warmly with customers at Kent Building Supplies, a leading home improvement destination in Atlantic Canada. Your responsibilities include guiding customers through their choices, both on the sales floor and in the lumber yard. Open availability for days, evenings, and weekends is essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approach customer interactions with curiosity and initiative
• Provide exceptional service following the sales model
• Stay current with product knowledge and promotions
• Maintain inventory standards and store organization
• Load and unload materials, requiring heavy lifting
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive service approach
• Willingness to learn and cross-train
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Flexible schedule for rotating shifts
