You’ll also help with family recruitment and enrollment, participate weekly in the classroom, facilitate parent meetings, and maintain accurate records to ensure quality services for every family. Working collaboratively with teachers, health staff, and community partners, you’ll support both children’s development and family success. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of social services and family systems, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for empowering families. Level II: Bachelors degree in Social Services. Experience Experience as a staff or volunteer in a preschool classroom. Required License and/or Certifications Register with Idaho STARS and participate in the professional development system. Meet all training and certification requirements for childcare licensing and Head Start Program Performance Standards. Maintain current Infant/child & Adult CPR and First Aid. Pass an enhanced background check including fingerprinting, as required by Head Start Program Performance Standards and Child Care Licensing requirements, prior to first day of work. Starting pay range: $20.50-$21.50 Work Site Location: Head Start - St. Maries/Fernwood Work Schedule: 69% Full Time, July-June Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
