Eataly seeks an Events and Education Associate skilled in guest service and event execution across Toronto locations. This seasonal role requires mobility between five sites.
Reporting to the Events and Education Manager, the Associate helps guests make confident shopping decisions through product stories and food and beverage pairings. The position supports cooking classes, wine tastings, brand partnerships, storewide events, tours, and tasting activations. It also supports chefs and Events and Education Leads during guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cooking classes, tastings, partnerships, and other activations
- Prepare glassware, cutlery, and printed event materials
- Lead private and consumer store tours
- Support chefs during event guest interactions
- Package and deliver products for virtual events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-plus years in restaurant operations, quick-service, or events
- Strong organization, project management, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, public speaking, editorial, and service skills
- SmartServe certification and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
