Location: Vancouver, BC Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in office Reports To: Head of Program & Product Management EA's Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization provides the essential platforms and hosting solutions that power EA's games and live services. We focus on high availability of infrastructure, live services, and studio services while helping developers innovate quickly through on-demand infrastructure and streamlined cloud workflows. You Will Define and evolve product strategy for cost management, capacity forecasting, cost optimization, and vendor lifecycle management. Develop multi-year product roadmaps and align priorities across engineering, finance, and business partners. Partner with game studios, live service teams, and finance to shape and deliver high-impact product capabilities. Lead a team of product managers; set clear goals and build a high-performing team. Establish product operations standards for intake, roadmapping, prioritization, and metrics. Champion a data-informed, customer-focused culture that balances value, cost efficiency, and technical feasibility. Stay current with FinOps, cloud optimization, and infrastructure best practices to bring fresh ideas into our strategy. You Bring 10+ years of product management experience, including expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure cost optimization. Proven success defining and delivering multi-year product strategies at enterprise scale. Experience leading and developing product management teams. Strong knowledge of FinOps practices, cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure fundamentals (VMs, containers, networking, storage). Ability to engage on financial topics such as budgeting, forecasting, and ROI. Strong communication skills and influence with senior stakeholders across technical and business domains.
