Founded in 1940, Browns Shoes is a proudly Canadian, family-owned fashion company with over 70 stores. As a Stock Associate, you will receive, unpack, organize, and maintain incoming stock. You will also keep sales areas and stockrooms orderly while helping resolve inventory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming stock accurately
- Keep sales floors, shelves, aisles, and storage areas stocked
- Maintain clean, safe, organized stockrooms
- Resolve stock discrepancies with teammates and management
- Support sales team needs while prioritizing customers
Requirements:
- Customer-focused attitude and passion for outstanding service
- One-plus years of stock associate experience or people-focused motivation
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach to daily work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfort staying active and engaged during shifts
