As Home Assistant Department Manager, you will lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to improve productivity, engagement, and retention. You will support merchandising and operational standards while remaining accountable for departmental financial objectives. The position suits a passionate retail leader with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales.
