Key Responsibilities Design, implement and manage OD programs that enhance organisational performance and leadership capabilities. Tailor development initiatives to address the unique challenges in an aerospace manufacturing environment, including compliance, process improvement and lean manufacturing practices. Implement and execute talent‑management programs that identify high‑potential employees, create succession plans and ensure a pipeline of skilled talent for critical roles. Oversee performance‑management processes, aligning employee goals with operational and business objectives. Develop and implement leadership development programmes that equip managers and supervisors with the skills to lead teams effectively. Manage employee relations to ensure a positive, productive and compliant workplace through an employee engagement agenda, conflict resolution and labour relations. Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of OD programmes, track key HR metrics and make data‑driven recommendations to improve HR processes. Champion DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive environment where a diverse workforce can thrive, and integrate DEI strategies into key HR processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration or a related field; CRHA or related HR certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years in HR focusing on organisational development in a manufacturing environment.
