Advise on development vs. investment characterization, revenue/capital matters, and deductibility timing for development pipelines, leasing programs, and capex. Lead engagements end‑to‑end, from scoping and fee design to delivery and post‑close support. Review and coach staff; develop seniors into leaders on deal and compliance mandates. Contribute to proposals and thought leadership that wins new fund and portfolio assignments. What you bring CPA and completion (or near completion) of the CPA In‑Depth Tax program or equivalent; experience in corporate/international tax, real estate, or funds. Public accounting firm experience. Strong client service skills with the ability to understand the client’s business. Demonstrated experience on cross‑border real estate or private equity mandates, with comfort navigating treaty/withholding, financing, and entity selection.
