Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and strong adoption of RPS solutions. Lead client onboarding, training, and product implementation. Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities. Partner with sales to drive renewals and upselling opportunities. Gather client feedback and work cross-functionally with product and operations to enhance offerings. Develop and strengthen relationships with Québec mortgage brokers, becoming their trusted partner of choice. Expérience et compétences / Experience and skills Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role (B2B SaaS or real estate/financial services experience a plus) Solides compétences en communication, en développement de relations et en résolution de problèmes.
