PROFILE Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office is currently seeking a motivated Trademark Lawyer to join its dynamic Intellectual Property Group. The Intellectual Property Department provides a variety of legal services with respect to the usage, protection and enforcement of intellectual property. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years trademark prosecution and trademark enforcement experience. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills and be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.
