We would love to discuss it with you in more detailInventory Control Coordinator Responsibilities:Analyzes Inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to maintain goalsMaintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts, and the u201cself-serviceu201d retail customerTakes advantage of manufacturers'' inventory co-op advertising as part of promotionsCoordinates marketing and sales promotions with appropriate company personnelEstablishes individual parts inventory levels and manages the inventory to achieve maximum turnover in accordance with established goalsMonitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence of parts in inventoryEnsures that the same high-quality level of service provided to outside customers is also provided to internal dealership customers.Works with the service manager and body shop manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobsAnalyzes departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness of inventory control, staff efficiency and public displayDevelops promotions to increase wholesale business.Follows up on parts department orders to ensure parts availability in inventory and ensures availably of all required parts and supplies to complete repairs in a timely mannerChecks quality of completed work by parts department employees to ensure quality customer service, inventory control and documentation.Monitors paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for, filled out completely and legibly, and filed or distributed to the appropriate partiesReview all accounts payables for department to ensure appropriate payments are made for parts inventory including parts are received and accounted for in accordance with dealership policies and departmental proceduresUnderstands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect parts operations including but not limited to hazardous waste disposal, emergency response and OSHA Right-to-KnowFollows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standardsFollows the Company Code of Business Ethics and ConductUnderstands and follows all work rules and follows lawful directions from SupervisorsUpholds the companyu2019s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreementsMaintains a professional appearance for self and subordinates in accordance with company policyAttends pertinent training on requestAttends company meetings as requ iredOther duties as assignedInventory Control Coordinator Requirements:TravelTravel is required for this position, may be required to deliver parts, attend or deliver training or attend meetings at other locations.Required Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or the equivalent and two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Education and ExperienceAssociate degree (A.
