Substitute Teachers

Chinook’s Edge School Division is now accepting applications for new substitute teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. Cover letters and resumes will be reviewed and only those short-listed and selected will be contacted.

We ask that applicants prepare both a cover letter and resume, complete with the names and telephone numbers of three current work related references. Cover letters can be addressed to Mike Garrow, Associate Superintendent - People Services Chinook’s Edge School Division. Applications for this posting will only be accepted through ApplyToEducation, by clicking APPLY ONLINE at the bottom of this page. Applications will not be accepted by email.

Short-listed applicants will be contacted in the coming weeks.

Once selected, substitute teachers will need to provide the following:

Criminal Record Check (Local Police Services)

Valid Teaching Certificate

TQS (Teacher Qualification Statement)

Payroll Forms (Direct Deposit and Federal and Provincial Tax Forms)
