Position Overview:
As Managing Director, you will oversee the operational aspects of the firm with a strong focus on client-facing activities, process improvement, and strategic growth, particularly in executive search and payroll services. Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with a proven record in business growth and operational enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; MBA preferred.
