We are proud to be partnering with a growing international trading company. As part of their global expansion, we are searching for an experienced Import/Export Trader to join their Canadian office and drive growth across agricultural and specialty crop markets. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Develop and manage international trading flows in agricultural and specialty crops. Identify new markets and expand global trade opportunities across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Negotiate and close contracts with suppliers, buyers, and distributors. Oversee the full import/export process including shipping, documentation, and compliance Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders across the value chain. Key Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in physical trading of agricultural products or specialty crops. Strong understanding of global import/export regulations, logistics, and trade finance. Ability to identify and grow profitable trade opportunities across multiple regions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural relationship management skills. Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Mandarin are an advantage.
