IT Headhunter | HSBC IT Global Talent Acquisition The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities : Manage and support a variety of reporting, Managed File Transfer (MTF) products/applications such as proprietary systems like COMET and Infoblast mail, and vendor products such as Connect Direct (NDM) used by our external clients Responsible for the application and infrastructure related to Managed File Transfer The day-to-day responsibility includes application server and SFTP, FTPS server administration Technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents. Server and application deployments and task automation What do we expect from you? The minimum required skills necessary for this role : Minimum 7 years of experience working in an operations support role Strong knowledge of HTTP, FTP/STFP, SQL, Databases and general MFT technologies The applicant should also be comfortable with system administration of Unix/Linux and Windows infrastructure/Application Scripting of operational administration tasks in Java, PowerShell and/or Python (preferred), Perl, Shell Scripting or other Experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to network, databases, storage, security and operation systems The individual should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high pressure situations for Incident and problem management Be available for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment Is considered as an asset : Previous experience working with File transfer services or related applications Benefits You will have a permanent employment contract , offering you stability and security You will get to know your market value and have a share in the profit your work generates thanks to the individual profit sharing We will support you with a one-on-one coaching and trainings designed to help you develop your entrepreneurial skills The competence cells structure, provides you with a strong meaningful and relevant network The entrepreneurial lab : a playground for new ideas and a potential launching for start-ups TMC is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
